We are seeking passionate, caring, motivated and dedicated educators to join our team today!

Executive Directors are the leaders of our school locations. They run each school and focus not only on the education of the child but also the operations, business functions and overall success of the school. Our executive directors have a Bachelor Degree and several years experience.

Director of Educations lead our educational programs at our schools and assist the Executive Director in many business functions. They have a Bachelors of Education in Elementary, Early Childhood Education or Child Development, hold current teaching certificates and have at least two years experience. Our directors of education also lead the teaching staff in professional development and training.

Lead Teachers at The Malvern School have a degree in early childhood education, elementary education or child development. Lead teachers have experience working with young children and have a passion to educate, nurture and care for the well-being of every child.

Assistant Teachers are a vital part of our support system in the classrooms. Our assistant teachers have high school diplomas, have some college credits and are working towards a degree within the field.
