The Malvern School of Westtown

The Malvern School of Westtown is excited to join the West Chester community! Our fun, high-quality early childhood education program will provide the families of the Westtown area with innovative programming with high teaching standards. Our programs are customized for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years old and offer much more than traditional childcare or daycare options in the area. Our brand new school is currently under construction and is conveniently located on the corner of East Pleasant Road and Wilmington Pike/202, diagonally across the street from Stetson Middle School and right down the street from Sarah Starkweather Elementary School. Spaces at our brand new preschool in Westtown will fill up quickly, so we urge families to call for more information.

Meet Our Directors

Tiffany Nichols, Executive Director

Tiffany Nichols is the Executive Director of The Malvern School of Westtown. Tiffany joined the team with over 15 years of professional experience in the field as a leader and educator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a passion for early childhood education.

Tiffany believes what sets The Malvern School apart from other programs is the gifted, passionate, and dedicated staff. She is continually impressed by the creative and enriching curriculum Malvern School teachers develop and the thoughtful experiences all students are afforded.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys family hikes, bike rides, yoga and reading with her two young children. She also loves to travel and has been to 21 countries on five different continents! Her favorite children’s books are “Corduroy” by Don Freeman and “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle.

Amber Lubker, Director of Education

Amber Lubker is the Director of Education at The Malvern School of Westtown. Amber holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education from West Chester University. She has more than seven years of experience in early childhood education and joins the Westtown team from our Downingtown location where she was the Lead Preschool Teacher. In addition to her classroom experience, Amber also has Director experience in a different school setting.

Amber’s proudest moment of her professional career was becoming a part of The Malvern School team. She finds The Malvern School’s curriculum to be a strong foundation for early childhood education. She appreciates how it provides teachers with the flexibility to develop lessons based on individual children in the classroom. This child-focused structure allows for the teacher to differentiate instruction and become a master of his or her education of young children.

During her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening and sewing. Fun fact about Amber: She serves as a Lieutenant for the Thorndale Fire Company and as a Firefighter/EMT for the Avondale Fire Company! Go Miss Amber! Amber’s favorite children’s book is “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle.
