Meet Our Directors

Nicole Graeser, Executive Director

Nicole Graeser is the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Warrington. Nicole has more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, joining the Warrington team in 2019 after holding the Director of Education role at The Malvern School of Richboro for seven years. She started her career as a private Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bloomsburg University. Nicole holds a license to teach elementary and a private academic license in nursery.

Nicole’s proudest moment as an educator was when she was awarded the Director of Education of the Year award in 2015. She is also proud to be a part of the educational program at The Malvern School because of teacher dedication and quality of education devoted to the children.

During her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her five children exploring new destinations such as national parks, historical sites and family destinations. As a child, Nicole wanted to be a Marine Biologist and her favorite subject in school was science. As her passion for education grew during her college years, “teaching children with exceptionalities” became her favorite educational focus. Her favorite children’s book is “On the Night You Were Born” by Nancy Tillman.

Dave Dadich, Assistant Director

Dave Dadich, Assistant Director at The Malvern School of Richboro has been making strides in the early childhood education field since 2011. Dave has excelled and advanced his career during his time at The Malvern School, from Pre-K Assistant to Lead Teacher to Health & Safety Coordinator, to his current role as Assistant Director. Dave holds an Associate’s degree in Education from Delaware County Community College.

The proudest moment of Dave’s professional career was winning the 2019 Health and Safety Coordinator of the Year Award as well as becoming the first male Director at The Malvern School. To Dave, the standout aspect of The Malvern School’s program is the sense of community that’s created within the school. He believes the dedication of the teaching staff builds a curriculum that is unmatched to other programs in the area.

In his free time, Dave loves to travel around the country with his family, visiting a new state every year. His favorite thing to do, however, is go to the movies (legend has it, he’s seen over 2,800 of them!) Fun fact: Dave is an award-winning filmmaker and has written, directed, and produced over fifty short films and two feature films with a production company that he co-founded! When Dave was young, he recalls having inspiring teachers that influenced his eventual career in education who he’s very thankful for. His favorite children’s book is “Yertle the Turtle” by Dr. Seuss.
