The Malvern School’s preschool in Upper Gwynedd is conveniently located across from Station Square Apartments, just down the street from the Pennbrook train station. Our qualified teachers and assistants have been part of the Malvern family for many years. Our innovative programs for children aged 6 weeks through 8 years old offer much more than traditional Upper Gwynedd daycare options. Our focus is to create an environment that allows children to learn and experience the world using all of their senses. Meet Our Directors

Emily McGill

Emily McGill has been the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Upper Gwynedd since 2015. Before joining the Malvern family, Emily worked in higher education management for 12 years and was also a Director at another early learning center for four years. She has always had a passion for working with children; she received her degree in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from Arcadia University. Additionally, Emily has her Masters in Business Administration. Emily lives locally with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, reading, being active and the beach.

Leanne Fogerty

Leanne Fogerty is the Director of Education at The Malvern School of Upper Gwynedd. Leanne joined The Malvern School in 2009 as the Pre-Kindergarten teacher. She graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining The Malvern School, Leanne worked for an Early Education Learning Center and was also a substitute teacher in the local school districts. Leanne truly enjoys working for The Malvern School as there is always something new and innovative being implemented. Her favorite part of working for The Malvern School is watching the children as they explore new concepts and learn new ideas. Leanne lives locally with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, cooking and spending time surrounded by her family and friends.
