The Malvern School of Richboro

The Malvern School’s preschool in Richboro is conveniently located adjacent to the Richboro Swim Club, behind the Produce and Flowers. We have been an active member of the Bucks County community since 2001, and we are proud of our NAEYC Accreditation and the multiple awards we have won. At our Richboro preschool, we have many teachers and assistants who have been here more than five years, and all of our staff focus on giving your child the best experience each day. Our innovative programs for children aged 6 weeks through 8 years old offer much more than traditional Richboro daycare options. We look forward to helping your child prepare for the future, and we encourage you to schedule a tour of our preschool!

What Parents are saying:

We wanted a school where the children would have structure in learning and where the teachers are very engaged with the kids. And this is what The Malvern School is all about.

—Rachel S., Richboro

Meet Our Directors

Kate Perez, Senior Executive Director

Kate Perez is the Senior Executive Director of The Malvern School of Richboro. Kate has been with The Malvern School since 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in the early childhood education field. Prior to joining The Malvern School, she has spent some time in the classroom as a teacher and was quickly promoted to Associate Director. Finally, she joined the team at Richboro as Executive Director and was promoted to Senior Executive Director in 2016. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Education. One of our most proud moments as an educator was her recent promotion to Senior Executive Director. She is also very proud to be a big part of The Malvern School’s forward-thinking curriculum and advancement in the early childhood education field.

Kate enjoys reading and traveling in her free time and she loves home décor. In fact, she changes the décor in her home every six months! Even as a young child, Kate wanted to be a teacher and her favorite subject in school was math. Her favorite children’s book is “Where the Sidewalk Ends” by Shel Silverstein.

Dave Dadich, Director of Education

Dave Dadich, Director of Education at The Malvern School of Richboro has been making strides in the early childhood education field since 2011. Dave has excelled and advanced his career during his time at The Malvern School, from Pre-K Assistant to Lead Teacher to Health and Safety Coordinator, to Assistant Director to now Director of Education. Dave holds an Associate’s degree in Education from Delaware County Community College.

The proudest moment of Dave’s professional career was winning the 2019 Health and Safety Coordinator of the Year Award as well as being promoted to Director of Education. To Dave, the standout aspect of The Malvern School’s program is the sense of community that’s created within the school. He believes the dedication of the teaching staff builds a curriculum that is unmatched to other programs in the area.

In his free time, Dave loves to travel around the country with his family, visiting a new state every year. His favorite thing to do, however, is go to the movies (legend has it, he’s seen over 2,800 of them!) Fun fact: Dave is an award-winning filmmaker and has written, directed, and produced over fifty short films and two feature films with a production company that he co-founded! When Dave was young, he recalls having inspiring teachers that influenced his eventual career in education who he’s very thankful for. His favorite children’s book is “Yertle the Turtle” by Dr. Seuss.
