Meet Our Directors

Tracy Anderson, Executive Director

Tracy Anderson is the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Oaks. Tracy holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashworth University in Norcross, GA, and has more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Tracy has taught infants through Pre-K, and previously held various positions spanning two decades-- from Associate Director to Team Ambassador, Health and
Safety Coordinator to NAEYC District Mentor.

Tracy’s proudest moment of her professional career was leading a school team through the NAEYC accreditation process. At the time, her school was recognized in the district with the highest NAEYC score and was used as a mentor school for others seeking accreditation. She finds The Malvern School’s curriculum to be truly focused on the children with an individualized approach that is flexible to meet the developmental goals of the children in each classroom during any given time.

During her free time, she enjoys watching HGTV and cooking shows. Fun fact about Tracy: She enjoys reading poetry and she collects picture frames. Tracy’s favorite children’s book is “Goodnight Moon” by Margaret Wise Brown.

Allison Presner, Director of Education

Allison Presner is the Director of Education at The Malvern School of Oaks. She joined the team in 2016 as an Associate Director and before that she was a second grade teacher, a kindergarten enrichment teacher and a summer day camp director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd Mercy College. As an educator, Allison finds the most gratifying part of her job is to see a child accomplish a goal. The excitement on a child’s face makes every moment of the hard work worth it! She also enjoys working with her teachers to develop new and innovative curriculum, planning special days for the kids and family-focused events that provide children fun, educational experiences.

During her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a former college basketball player. As a young child, Allison always wanted to be a teacher and her favorite subject in school was art. Her favorite children’s book is “A Bad Case of Stripes” by David Shannon.
