Meet Our Directors

Cari Fowler, Executive Director

Cari Fowler is the Executive Director of The Malvern School of Medford. Cari has been at the school from the start up of that location since 2010. She has 17 years of experience in Early Childhood and she has been a Preschool Director for the past 16 years. She graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Child Development and Family Studies. Cari enjoys working at The Malvern School of Medford because of the excellent curriculum, professional staff and establishing relationships with the families. Her favorite part of the day is interacting with the children and getting down on their level in the classrooms. When not at the school, Cari spends her time with her busy family of five, scrapbooking and spending time outside.

Sharon Tatninov, Director of Education

Sharon Tatninov is Director of Education at The Malvern School of Medford. Sharon joined The Malvern School team in 2012 as the Pre-Kindergarten Lead teacher and Curriculum Coordinator. Prior to joining the team, she was an elementary and middle school teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University.

One of Sharon’s proudest moments was advancing her career to be the Curriculum Coordinator in 2019 and now Director of Education. The teacher-driven curriculum at The Malvern School is what sets the program apart from other providers – Sharon likes how the teachers have the freedom to customize the activities and lessons to meet the needs of the children in the classroom.
