The Malvern School of Medford

The Malvern School’s preschool in Medford, NJ is conveniently located just off of Route 70 on Eayrestown Road across from Wawa. We have been an active member of the Medford community since 2010, and many of our teachers and assistants have been with us since we opened. During our company-wide In-Service in 2012, we received the “Families First Award” in recognition of outstanding customer service. With innovative programming and high teaching standards, our programs for ages 6 weeks through 8 years old offer so much more than traditional Medford daycare and childcare programs. Our staff focuses on giving your child a high-quality, developmentally appropriate program and a safe environment in which to learn. We look forward to helping your child prepare for the future and we encourage you to schedule a tour of our Medford preschool location!

What Parents are saying:

My daughter is almost 4 and has been at Malvern since she was 4.5 months old. I cannot say enough about how happy we are there. The teachers are all fantastic, the school is extremely clean and most importantly my daughter LOVES it.

Meet Our Directors

Cari Fowler, Executive Director

Cari Fowler is the Executive Director of The Malvern School of Medford. Cari has been at the school from the start up of that location since 2010. She has 17 years of experience in Early Childhood and she has been a Preschool Director for the past 16 years. She graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Child Development and Family Studies. Cari enjoys working at The Malvern School of Medford because of the excellent curriculum, professional staff and establishing relationships with the families. Her favorite part of the day is interacting with the children and getting down on their level in the classrooms. When not at the school, Cari spends her time with her busy family of five, scrapbooking and spending time outside.

Natalie Swisse, Director of Education

Natalie Swisse is the Director of Education at The Malvern School of Medford. She joined The Malvern School team with more than twelve years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Master’s degree in education with a specialization in Reading Literacy. Natalie started her education career as a lead preschool teacher and quickly progressed into a leadership role as a director.

One of her biggest accomplishments was receiving her Master’s. The moment of accomplishing this goal was surreal but was the proudest of her professional career. Natalie is excited to join the Malvern family because of their focus on excellence and quality in early childhood education. She loves the curriculum, the integration of S.T.E.A.M. and the overall support that is provided to teachers, parents and the directors.

In her free time, Natalie loves to read, cook, and go on nature walks with her daughter. When she isn’t walking, she’s running, completing several half-marathons. True to her character, Natalie wanted to be a teacher when she grew up and her favorite subjects were English and History. “Are You My Mother?” by P.D. Eastman is Natalie’s favorite children’s book.
