The Malvern School® is excited to be a part of the Marlton community. Our South New Jersey location opened in June 2018, bringing families in the Marlton area a high-quality education program with innovative programming and high teaching standards in a nurturing environment. The new preschool is now enrolling children ages 6 weeks through 8 years old and provides families with more than the traditional childcare and daycare programs in the area. Conveniently located in The View of Marlton Shopping Complex behind Dunkin Donuts and right off route 73 on Lincoln Drive in Marlton, New Jersey, spaces at our new preschool in Marlton are filling up quickly, so we urge you to call for more information.

Our early childhood education programs for children ages 6 weeks through 8 years old offer much more than traditional Marlton daycare and childcare options.
Julia Robinson is the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Marlton. Julia joined The Malvern School team in 2022 with more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education including being a Director since 2015. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master’s Degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University.
One of Julia’s proudest moments of her career including being a mentor to other teachers. She enjoys providing others with the career support and professional development to her colleagues in order for them to be successful and advance in their careers. She loves that The Malvern School is intentional in regards to always keeping the children in mind. From design and layout of the buildings to curriculum development.
During her free time, Julia enjoys mountain biking, hiking with her family, painting, and learning new skills. Fun fact about Julia! She and her husband recently became home aquarium hobbyists and now have three fresh water tanks at home! When she was young, she wanted to be a marine biologist or a dolphin trainer. Her favorite children’s book is “Koala Lou” by Mem Fox.
Alisa Footes is the Director of Education at The Malvern School of Marlton. Alisa joined The Malvern School team in 2022 as an Associate Director with more than a decade of experience working in early childhood education. She has a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia.
One of Alisa’s proudest moments of her career is helping families find the support they need to get their child ready for Kindergarten. She thinks that The Malvern School’s philosophy on curriculum planning by giving teachers the opportunity to be creative and develop their own lesson plans based on the individual needs of the students in class sets the Program apart from many others in the Marlton area.
During her free time, Alisa enjoys exploring new places around the city like museums and restaurants. She also likes to crochet while at home. As a young child Alisa always wanted to be a teacher and her favorite subject was English. Her favorite children’s book is any of the Gerald and Piggy series.
