What Parents are saying:

I have seen amazing growth in [our daughter’s] development since transitioning her from a nanny in our home. She loves going to “school” and I’m constantly amazed at the quantity and variety of activities and experiences they have each day.

Meet Our Directors

Crystal Eickhoff, Executive Director

Crystal Eickhoff is the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Horsham. She joined the Horsham team in June 2017 with more than 18 years of experience in early childhood education. Her career started in the classroom as a teacher and she progressively advanced into management from Assistant Director to Director to a Regional Management Trainer. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Temple University.

Crystal’s favorite thing about The Malvern School is the high-quality educational program. She loves that the program offers teachers the creative freedom to write their own lesson plans and the small class sizes allow the children to have more quality time with their teachers. She believes that the use of Fascination Station and Discovery Room provide the children with much-needed small group interaction time outside the classroom where they can play and learn.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Tiernan and Aslynn, and her husband, Chris. She enjoys going for a walk as a family and to explore new places. She enjoys cooking and researching new recipes. Crystal’s favorite children’s book is “Good Night Moon” by Margaret Wise Brown.

Erin Tudhope, Director of Education

She loves working for The Malvern School because they are always on the cutting edge of education. Her favorite part of working at The Malvern School is seeing the children learn, develop, learn new words and discover new things! In Erin’s spare time she likes going to Philadelphia, spending time with her family, and painting.
