The Malvern School’s preschool in Freehold is conveniently located directly off of Route 9 and adjacent to Jackson Mills Road. We enjoy bringing our high quality programs and early childhood best practices to our friends in the Freehold area. Meet Our Directors

January Gomolka

January Gomolka is the Executive Director of The Malvern School of Freehold. She started working for The Malvern School in July of 2016. She began working in childcare for the US Army in Youth & School Ages Services as a Program Assistant for 6 years. She also held the position of Site Supervisor for the YMCA and taught Preschool for a year at another local childcare center before becoming an Education Director for the last 12 years. January holds an AA in Elementary Education, a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and is certified to teach K-5 in NJ. She is thrilled to be joining The Malvern School and looks forward to developing a relationship with the wonderful families and faculty here in Freehold. January & her husband live in Freehold Township with their identical twin girls who attend summer camp & the aftercare program & a son in the Pre-Kindergarten program here.

Jessica Pierz

Jessica Pierz is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Masters Degree and certification in Elementary Education. Jessica has had the privilege of working with children for over ten years. She has taught and mentored children from infancy through high school and developed and implemented curriculum for elementary and early childhood classrooms. Jessica also mentored and trained teachers at a non-profit daycare center. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time outside in the sunshine! Her husband, daughter, two dogs and cat keep life exciting and meaningful at home. Jessica loves the Malvern School of Freehold because the teachers are passionate about making the children’s daily experiences meaningful and exciting based on the children’s individual interests and experiences.
