General FAQs
Tuition is billed monthly and varies by location, age and schedule. For The Malvern School tuition rate information specific to an individual school, contact the school nearest you today.

- Pennsylvania schools: 7AM to 6PM
- Central New Jersey schools (Freehold, Marlboro, Robbinsville): 6:30AM to 6:30PM
- Southern New Jersey schools (Erial, Marlton, Medford, Voorhees, Washington Township: 6:30AM to 6:00PM
We work with all prospective families to accommodate their scheduling needs. However, many of our classrooms fill up quickly or have limited space. We recommend you contact us right away regarding your child’s enrollment! Find a school near you.
The Malvern School has a multi-faceted and layered security program. The school Directors can discuss the details with you during your tour.
At The Malvern School, we believe parents know their children best and should make decisions on what foods to provide for lunch. This enables parents to try new items, offer a variety of choices, or pack the family favorites! We do provide two organic snacks each day. We follow USDA recommended service sizes, and are proud to offer organic foods that are child-friendly!
The Malvern School offers a multitude of schedule options based on location, program, and capacity at the school. The minimum is 2 half days per week up to 5 full days a week. The school Director will be able to review availability and options with you.
We currently have 3 age-appropriate playgrounds for every school: an infant playground, toddler playground, and pre-k and up playground.
Schedule A Tour FAQs
We are happy to work with your schedule and can adjust for your needs. In general, we tell visitors to plan on about an hour.
We welcome you to bring your child on the tour. If you would prefer to come on your own for your first visit, we will gladly schedule a second tour for you to return along with your child.
Assuming you have the time, we will show you all areas of our school both inside and outside.
We welcome our visiting friends to join in with what is happening in the classroom, if they choose.
We welcome tours throughout the day and can always accommodate your scheduling needs. However, to see the program in action, the best times are from 9:00am-12:30pm and 3:00-5:00pm.
It is best to start at one or two locations that would best meet your family’s needs. Our Director will happily contact another Malvern School for you if you would like to see others or if they cannot secure you a space immediately.
