What’s better than dressing up and marching in a parade with your friends? Try the developmental value that comes with it. Of course, our annual Harvest Parades and Parties are filled with spooktacular fun, but as educators and parents, we’re especially fond of the many benefits of dramatic play. Creativity, imagination, self-expression, experimentation – they’re all on full display as children dream up or decide on their costumes and transform into their characters of choice.
