What Parents are saying:

A well-run school run by an amazing team of professionals and educators. My child’s vocabulary and socialization skills have vastly improved and he’s enjoying a full, well-rounded day of activities. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Meet Our Directors

Jessica Thomas, Executive Director

Jessica Thomas is the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Voorhees. Jessica holds a bachelor’s from Hobart & William Smith College and a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute. She has more than ten years of experience in education, and prior to joining The Malvern School team, Jessica worked in public schools with a special focus on children with significant challenges.

Jessica’s proudest moments of being a teacher include small, personal connections she made with students throughout the years. Creating fun handshakes or silly dances that students remember for years. She finds The Malvern School’s curriculum to be a strong foundation for early childhood education and she appreciates how it is individualized and is customized for each classroom.

Fun fact about Jessica: She started dancing when she was three years old and still dances today! Dance and educating children are both her passions. Jessica’s favorite children’s book is “Love You Forever” by Sheila McGraw.

Some of Kerry’s proudest moments of her career are the individualized moments of when her students achieve a new skill and seeing their pride and confidence shine. What Kerry likes most about The Malvern School is the support from all levels of staff and the community of teachers, Directors and staff across all schools.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring and playing outdoors and traveling to the Poconos. Fun Fact about Kerry! She has years of musical theater experience including vocal and dance! As a child, she wanted to be a teacher or a dolphin trainer. Her favorite children’s book is “On the Night You Were Born” by Nancy Tillman.
