The Malvern School Preschool Program provides children with a culturally diverse learning environment where children develop a positive self-image, respect for others, and foster their independence and curiosity as a learner. The curriculum** is aimed at developing preschoolers’ skills in all areas. Children are introduced to math, science, and social studies through weekly themes and projects. Aesthetic expression is also encouraged through music and art activities. Our Preschool Program will prepare children for future academic success.

Center Director

Karla Schultzis the Executive Director at The Malvern School of Lionville. Karla has more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education with 15 years of those years at The Malvern School. Prior to being promoted to Associate Director in 2023 and Director of Education in 2024 and once again to Executive Director, Karla spent her days in our Infant room as the Lead Teacher.

One of Karl’s proudest moments was being the first recipient of the Teacher of the Year award in 2015. Karla
