Center Director

Hi! My name is Alica Lloyd, and I have worked in childhood education for five years. I graduated from Rider University with a degree in psychology with a concentration in child development.

One of my favorite parts about being a center director is watching children, teachers, and families grow together. Every day is different, and it's rewarding to build a positive environment where children feel safe, teachers feel supported, and families know they're part of a caring community. Seeing a child
