What is the proudest moment of your time at The Malvern School?
Meeting with Kristen regarding my promotion to the Corporate Office – 12 years ago. I’ll never forget when she said “You made it”. I have also enjoyed watching all of the program components take off over the years.
What do you like most about our program or what do you think sets us apart?
I think that the way our program strives to meet the needs of every individual child sets us apart. This includes our teachers writing their own curriculum plans based on the children in their class – likes, interests and developmental needs. Our curriculum format allows for age appropriate developmental areas to be included in the classroom daily. Special days (STEAM, Music, Fitness, Mrs. Bush) enhance the children’s experiences.
What do you enjoy in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with family (niece and nephew), going to the beach, reading, decorating and baking new things.
Any unique or fun facts about yourself?
I will not use mini paperclips and only use blue pens.
What is your favorite children’s book?
Oh, the Places You’ll Go! by Dr. Seuss
