Fitness is a core part of our curriculum at The Malvern School that our friends and teachers have an absolute ball with. We focus not only on cultivating healthy minds but also healthy bodies through the continual development of large motor skills in fun, unique ways. From assisting infants who are learning to sit up or helping them to build muscle to crawl, to honing in on balance and agility with older children, we integrate physical activity into our lesson plans every day, and throughout the day. We also bring in special visitors to help us shake up our fitness activities throughout the year and host a dedicated Fitness Fun Day, which we held last week. On Fitness Fun Day, we celebrated our love of fitness, challenged our students and allowed them to be physically active in new and different ways. Take a peek at how our Warrington, Malvern, Washington Township, Medford and King of Prussia schools flexed their fitness skills! [caption id="attachment_4325" align="aligncenter" width="662"]
